ML pull-up spheres
Great addition, for my monster rack even though it’s built for a monster lite. Just added a couple spacers and it works perfect!

Not bad
I like the way they look and they work well for a challenging neutral/hammer grip pull-ups. But, when doing hand pronates pull-ups it seems to be very hard on my fingers. I’m no expert but in the climbing literature there are known certain ways you should never hold onto climbing holds because it is prone to injuring certain finger pulls or ligaments, and I’m afraid if I grip these wrong I could also hurt myself. Or, it could be a combination of small hands and weak grip. I do like holding the ball with one hand and the pull-up bar with the other to do pull-ups or static hangs at the end of a workout for grip strength.

Excellent low profile attachment
Works great for hanging, pull-ups and neutral grip work. I got this to strengthen grip for Mountain Biking, great change up from bar pull-ups. Attached to the rack it looks badass and low-profile. Go with the 3” unless you’re a grip pro or think you must have the ‘bigger’ ones.

Legit.
I recently added the 3" spheres to my RML-390F and couldn't be happier. I couldn't fit the monkey bar crossmember due to low ceilings so these were a great alternative. They add a great variation from the standard pull-up bar. You can also do neutral grip pull ups on these, so it makes them pretty versatile. The 3" is a great size (I am 5'7" with pretty average sized hands) to work on grip strength. My only slight 'issue' was I didn't know how tight to crank these down. There is a rubber spacer and the more you tighten the nut, the more the spacer 'crushes.' I just tightened each until they felt solid and ended up with 5 threads showing on each screw. Works for me. Oh and the quality is excellent.. perfect powder coating and solid hardware. Well done Rogue. Well done.

Try the 3" spheres first...
Having large hands, I immediately jumped to the 5" sphere -- in hindsight, given the different stresses on grip and wrist, I would recommend starting with the 3" model to build the requisite hand strength to fully utilize this piece of equipment. Build quality is first rate, though the bolt threads are showing signs of oxidation (my rig is outdoors); not a galvanized / treated piece of hardware (like the fasteners shipped with Rogue rig products); does not impact the functionality of the rig. I touched it up with Krylon / Rustoleum textured paint to soothe my OCD eyes.
