great shoe

Works well inside/outside, much more grip than your typical minimal shoe, BEST ropeclimb shoe, good shock absorbtion, after they break in (takes a few weeks) they are pretty good for running but not great. The ONLY shoe I could reccomend over this is the INOV8 bare-xf 210's. But that's only if you can handle a completely bare shoe.suck it up an get a pair

At first I was hesitant to purchase an additional pair of crossfit shoes, but Uncle Sam dropped off an unexpected check, so I took the plunge. BEST crossfit shoe ever ( just behind my inov 8 195's). However, I did not order a size larger like most reviews recommended, and they fit perfectly. The Flex Nano's have a large toe box, great heel support and stabilization, and are a comfortable shoe ( I worn them for a twelve hour work day and they were great). Get a pair. You won't be sorry.
