The Rogue Bruiser Bar is a 28.5MM 20KG Men’s 20KG Training bar with all Black Zinc coating
This bar can be used for heavy Olympic or Power Lifting movements.
The sleeve has the pinned end design similar to the Beater Bar.

- Pinned Sleeve - The bar has pins that run through the sleeve on a tangent to the bar's diameter. The sleeves spin adequately for Power and Olympic weightlifting
- Knurl Marks - The bar has Olympic knurl marks only and does not have center knurl
- Warranty: This bar is warrantied against bending and/or sleeves falling off for one year
