The Rogue Power Bar is a polished 28.5 mm bar with center knurling and single powerlifting knurling marks. This bar has the same great hybrid knurling that has made Rogue bars famous.
The steel shaft is carefully bright zinc coated then hit with a second black zinc coating that gives the bar a old school feel. There are no other bars like this on the market.

Decent quality bar..

Review by RyanQualityI got the power bar specifically for high rep training. Its a solid, dependable bar for all around use but excellent for my purposes. I don't like getting the sweat from heavy 20 rep sets on my bare steel bars and don't like chalk for that kind of training. The Power Bar has an excellent coating and grip for such things.
