The hanger fits all Rogue rings, it's adjustable so that you can exact the distance between the rings. The steel hanger has a rubber strip on each side for added safety. Practice gymnastics movement with a narrow or wide width, the Ring Hanger accommodates any setting.

- Laser cut holes every 2" on center to attach to a wooden rafter with a lag screw
- Heavy duty strap mounting studs to position the straps from 18" to 26" in 2" increments

RINGS MUST BE HUNG SO THAT 2 FEET OF CLEARANCE IS KEPT BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE HEAD AND THE HANGER AT ALL TIMES.
