Stronger than once imagined

Reviewed by PurpleDNJ on November 08, 2013

I bought the Red, Blue, and Green. I used them so far for speed work on my deads and bench. I don't have huge numbers, but I hold my on. With that said the bands really were a lot tougher than I thought they would be. I struggle with these so I am glad I went pretty light and grabbed the red as an extra for the free shipping. Also price is pretty good since another site was about double the price.

Tough little bands

Reviewed by Clay on January 13, 2013

I bought these for ankle resistance mainly and they seem very tough and durable. I have had lesser built bands break in the past but I don't think I will have to worry about that with these. The red (30#) is PLENTY strong for leg agility work. I will have to find other ways to work in the blue and green because my legs won't move them enough for agility training! Thanks Rogue!
