NOBULL Trainer
Army Blend

The secret ingredient is NOBULL's ultra-durable SuperFabric®, which is built to withstand harsh weather, glass, and even barbed wire (if you're ever in that situation). Better still, the material is uniquely breathable, keeping your feet cool and comfortable throughout a workout. SuperFabric® guard plates are applied to a highly flexible, lightweight mesh base layer, giving you 360 degrees of protection AND freedom of movement.

The outsole lug pattern on the Trainer was designed for multi-environment usage, allowing for an easy transition between inside and outside with the right blend of flexibility, traction and support. High carbon lateral and medial guards are included for added protection on sidewalls, and a reflective NOBULL logo provides visibility when you need it most.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable I don't usually review shoes and believe me I have more than 50 pairs, I've tried the metcons, the nanos and some other nike trainer shoes and so far I've managed to find these nobull shoes the best, so comfortable and so stable and they even look good after you are done with your workout and you just want to hang out at the bar with your friends. Love the idea of not having to have crossfit shoes that are so wide in the toes, since you don't really need that. What you need is just a simple but durable pair of shoes that you won't even notice while practicing your snatches, climbing the rope and/or whatever you do at your crossfit gym, and that is what nobull shoes are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprising So first of all, I did not have high hopes for this shoe. Got them for a birthday present. I have a narrow foot for a guy and am very very picky about the fit of my shoes. These shoes were reviewed by people at my gym with words like stiff, no support, but durable. I LOVE THESE SHOES. The best shoes I have worn for all around fitness. Absolutely no bells and whistles for visual appeals but they are awesome. If you have a foot that doesn't like an intricate insole with pronation/supination support or weak ankles these things are great. They are like walking with no shoes just really thick skin and are a breeze with rope climbs. I just did a three day comp with 30 rope climbs in all and literally no marks on the shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better then my Metcon 2 These shoes are so much better then my metcons. For me personally, they are lighter, fit my feet better, easier to run in, and more supportive then my metcons. Sizing is just like Nike FYI. In the first couple weeks however, the insole did slide back up my heel, but after emailing NOBULL they sent me new insoles no charge, and I received them just a couple days later. After putting a dab of glue on the bottom of the soles I've had zero issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Option, Not Perfect I have had these trainers for almost a year now and they have survived better than any other training shoe I have used. The sole is amazing for weightlifting and more than adequate for running (but not stellar). The upper is extremely durable. With that said the shoe has very little arch support or cushioning which can be bad at times. They're not perfect but i like them more than my metcons or nanos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, Capable, Shoe First if you're not used to a minimal training shoe, then this is not the shoe for you. It has NO arch support and barely any cushioning in the sole at all...and that's the point. I bought these shoes directly from "NO-BULL" and although it took a while to arrive it was worth it. The first day I seriously contemplated sending them back since they felt a little snug but now they feel great. I've stopped wearing both my Nano 5's and MetCon 2's in favor of these shoes. They're insanely light, have great ground feedback and feel, and work great for lifts and metcons. If you're an experienced "POSE" style runner than you should be fine in these but heel strikers will be punished immediately. The price is a little high but worth it compared to many other similar shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great training footwear! I've been wanting to get them for a long time and I finally found an excuse to get them, it's X'mas! Anyway, this footwear is very comfortable and fitting. It's very similar to Reebok Nano 6 which I'm having but a little more compact in my opinion. Just a slight fit in comparison. For those who wish to get No Bull's trainers, try on the Nano and see how it fits you and you should more or less know your shoes size. For me it's US 9 and I got US 9 for this. It has been a great pair of shoes for all my WOD honestly. Love it and would definitely recommend this to all who enjoys CrossFit or any functional training!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but should have gotten half size up I had the first No Bull trainers in orange and then I got the second release of them, specifically the black ivy trainer. You could tell which ones the gen 1 vs 2 are based on the soles. Gen 1 has a more prominent gaps where it flexes. Overall, the gen 1 trainers felt a bit more plasticky but interior was super comfy and I wore the heck out of them. Got a couple of cracks right where the toes flex by the big toe and the ring/pinky after about a year. The gen 2 feel less plasticky, slightly more cushion on the inside but run a bit tighter around the toe box. And a bit shorter. It's reminiscent of how the Metcon 2s were a bit less wide and short than the Metcon 1s. Personally, I'd order a half size up. I regret thinking I'd "break them in" to a form fitting shoe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Guess I'm an outlier I have a high instep and also need good arch support. I'm surprised at the high marks this shoe gets. It was uncomfortable right out of the box -- no cushiony feeling, poor arch support, they just feel hard all over. They are made of a stiff fabric and the soles do not bend easily. They're going back.
