Outlaw 120 Ropes

The heavyweight, fray-resistant Outlaw 120 can turn from jump rope to strength tool in seconds. Hand-made in the USA, the 10' polyethylene rope comes standard with an exterior nylon jacket and an additional Bulldog Collar to help prevent damage at the rope’s central friction point with the ground. The anodized aluminum handles offer added durability and don’t spin like ordinary jump rope handles—promoting greater forearm, wrist, and grip strength.

Weighing in at five pounds with a diameter topping 1.5', the Outlaw 120 Rope is a tool for both metabolic and strength training and helps hone proper technique. After a jump rope session, simply loop the rope through the handle of a kettlebell to start working on your swings, windmills, etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Handles I got the Outlaw in 2015 and used it/loved it so much that I wanted another one to keep in a different location. The recent one was a disappointment. The handles were much cheaper quality and in one of them, a screw wasn’t drilled in straight and cuts my hand when I use it. I used to recommend it to all my CrossFit friends, but with this latest model, I won’t be doing that anymore.
