Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Shoe These shoes are awesome. Two words. Stable. Versatile. Snug- When you pick up anything with some weight to it your feet won't shift within them. A whole lot more comfortable. Stable - I snatch in these and they are great. the heel and back part of the foot are stable and have a little lift in it to help with squats, so any workout with squats you're covered. Versatile-the front part of the shoe is flexible for dubs, box jumps etc. so for all metcons they're great. Running? anything over a mile at a time I would suggest actual running shoes. the support and rigidity in the heel for metcons and weight is what makes it a little difficult to run long distances in. I got these for my birthday in February and they are amazing a strong shoe that makes you feel stronger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best yet! Finally, Reebok aligned the width of the Nano as an industry standard "Medium" or "D." This shoe is definitely stiffer and more stable than previous versions out of the box (mainly from the mid-foot back to the heel) which is great for everything in CrossFit except for running, but I'm excited to see how that progresses as they break in. There is obviously no way you're going to make one shoe that satisfies all foot size types. That can only get you close but not close enough for the majority of people. Congrats Reebok, you have the best shoe for CrossFit hands down in the Nano 7. Now, 1) Don't screw it up by changing it next year, and 2) Make it accessible to everyone by creating E, EE, and EEE versions to accommodate those with wide feet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan Personally, I do not like the feel of this shoe, at all, on my foot. They removed a lot of the heel cushion that made the 6.0's feel great right out of the box. These feel like my heel slips in the same size. Tongue is super thin and doesn't feel great either, and new material is stiff in the forefoot. They do feel very stable, but the comfort factor is enough to make me not like these. 6's are possibly one of my favorite shoes ever, these changed too much, but to each their own and I hope others have a better experience!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money on this shoe! This shoe immediately felt off, Mid WOD your feet will begin to hurt. When I put back on my Nano 6s, it was extremely noticeable that Reebok dropped the ball on the nano 7s. I usually wouldn't spend the time to post a negative review, however Reebok also seems to have stopped making the Nano 6, I can't find an 11 1/2 Mens anywhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible - What is Reebok thinking? I have had every iteration of the Nano, and this is by far the worst one they've designed. Nothing feels right about this shoe! The fit is off and doesn't feel anything like the former Nanos. Way too stiff! The Nano 4 & 6 are the best ones yet in my opinion, but you can't find a 6 to save your life. Bring them back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not quite I was skeptical about getting the Nano 7.0 because of the hate it's been getting. I might be one of the few who actually likes the design of the shoe. Especially the Black on Black. After owning the Nano 5.0 and the 6.0, I would say the 7 is a mix of both. It's stiffer than the 6 but not nearly as stiff as the 5. The reviews saying that the shoe is too tight don't reflect my experience with this shoe so far. Lifting is solid and the shoe conforms to my feet pretty well while still giving my toes plenty of room to spread out. I haven't done any running in them but I try not to run extensively in Nanos anyways due to the discomfort. Overall, I think it's a great shoe. I would recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No, no, no I really thought Reebok was on to something when they created the Nano 6. That shoe is simply perfection. Up to the Nano 6's every time I purchased a Nano shoe I returned or sold them to someone else, only to throw on my trusty Inov-8's. When Reebok released the 6's it was like the cross training workout gods blessed mankind with a bit of heaven for our feet. I ended up buying three pairs (one custom). When I was sent an email showcasing the release of the 7's...I was pumped! I thought the design was amazingly sharp. In my head I was thinking Reebok kept the performance and feel of the 6's but packaged it in a fresh knew look. When I received the 7's and put them on, I immediately started the return process. The shoe felt extremely stiff just walking around in. Not convinced that Reebok took 5 steps backwards, I put the shoes through every athletic movement known to man and my opinion only got worse. I completed the return, and now I'm contemplating ordering 3 more pairs of 6's.
