My son (186lb) has been wearing these Reebok speed trainers and loves them when he works out. They are light and wide enough for his feet. He even wears them to school and the down side to this is that I’m gonna have to get him a second pair.

Very Good Training Shoe!!
I recommend these for those who think Nanos are too wide and have high arches. I owned the original Speed TRs and they were also good. These are better because the mid soles are firmer and they have more arch support. These also run large (long), so buy a half size SMALLER. These are great training shoes for lifting, crossfit, hiit training classes, etc. They have 2 major CONS - 1) they run big, so you MUST 1/2 size down and 2) the shoe laces are way too long, so expect to buy new ones. If Reebok made these changes then they would receive 5 stars.

I bought these a couple weeks back. I’ve done everything from running, squatting, sled pulls, and box jumps. Feel great for everything.
