Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality Rack Very happy with my purchase of this rack in the short version. After bolting this down, it's very solid with very slight vibration noted while doing dips on the outside of the rack. The 24 inches of room within the rack is more than enough space for any movements you may wish to do. The welds and laser cut holes on the steel itself is top notch, and this rack is far above in quality over any equipment I have used before, including those of commercial gyms. The only criticism I could have of this rack is the holes do not have the laser cut numbering, which as I understand is a feature on Rogue's higher end racks due to presumably additional manufacturing time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from if you have any doubt, don't A few months ago, I decided I needed a power rack for my new home so I didn't have to wait 30 mins at 24 hour fitness for all the social media people taking selfies in the squat racks. I did my research and thought, I can save some money and buy a Titan Rack for a lot cheaper. I went and bought one, immediately after receiving it, I regretted my purchase, and gave it away a week later. I then purchased this sexy beast of a power rack. The footprint is small so it doesn't take up too much room, I'm able to fit it on an 8x8 foot platform and still have room to do lifts outside the area. Definitely the best purchase I've made so far. It's worth the extra money, the quality is legit in every aspect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent rack for anyone on a budget The R-3 and its abundant supply of accessories provides you with all the necessary equipment you need to throw away the ridiculous gym memberships. You can perform all the important compound exercises you need to hit every muscle group. I got the shorty because my townhouse only has 8 foot ceilings, and this option was perfect for me. The rig is sturdy and well put together. The packaging done very well and nothing arrived damaged in the slightest way. The only thing that disappointed me was that I couldn't get vertical plate storages because my 45 plates would be in the way of me performing decline bench press and doing dips on the (sold separately) matador.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid! I didn't want to spend so much on a rack at first, but man, I'm sure glad I picked up the R3. I researched all kinds of racks but I couldn't find one with the footprint and features of the R3. As others have said, this thing is built like a tank. I bolted it down to my garage floor using only 2 bolts per foot and it's still solid. For me, I had to loosen the bolts attaching the pull-up bars prior to bolting it down since the rack wouldn't stay square. Once I bolted it down I tightened up the bolts on the pull up bar. I also recently ordered the plate storage accessory and those are a must as well if you have limited space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality rack and great price Bought this rack during the black Friday sale, and it was delivered the very next Thursday. I was slightly worried about the 24" squat space to feel cramped but after setting it up you will realize its more than enough to squat comfortably within. When setting up I would recommend cutting a board the same width as the rack so you can keep the legs square when anchoring, as that was a slight issue for me. As far as putting the rack together its very easy, just bolt the pullup bar between the legs and you're done. Once anchored this sucker is sturdy, and just looks really good. Very pleased with my purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Done Bought this rack as a space saver for the garage. The profile is as deep as our garbage cans can park the car and have plenty of room. Its made in America and groups with the bar and plates I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Installed it and anchored to the ground and this rack is solid.I did have to shim one side due to floor level. It's a great thing when you can buy something and not have to worry about the company behind it and how it was made. The hardware says it all. It is made to hold a tank. I'm 12 workout in and it blows my programs racks out of the water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from R-3 shorty is perfect! I finally put my R3 shorty together and I love it. I also purchased the adjustable monolifts, the land mine and matador. Products are definitely heavy duty and not cheap. I purchased the concrete anchors, rented a hammer drill, and a 3/8 drill bit. I used a smaller drill and bit to start all the holes then used the hammer drill. Anchors work well. Only issue I had was that each leg of the rack has 3 holes for a total of 12. But the bag only had 8 anchors. Anyways, if you're wondering if you should press the trigger on this rack, do it. Its a great investment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Essential I've had this for a couple years now and it's still awesome. Very pleased. A few tips, extra j-cups are nice, a paint marker to number the holes(I did every other through the one inch spacing), and when making your markings to anchor attach the pull up crossbar at the bottom so it'll be square. You will not regret this investment. Don't cheap out, it could save your life.
