Adidas Powerlift 3.1 - Men's
Steel / Clear Orange

The Adidas Powerlift 3.1 features an extra-wide design and a lightweight synthetic upper, allowing the foot to spread while maximizing comfort, durability, and support.

Every aspect of the Adidas Powerlift 3.1 was fine-tuned specifically for the needs of the serious weightlifter. This includes a high-density, die-cut midsole and grip-friendly rubber outsole for a firm foundation, as well as a lace closure and instep strap for a lockdown custom fit. The shoe's tongue, lining, and collar all have air mesh components to reduce moisture and keep an athlete's feet dry and comfortable.

Stability is critical to a quality weightlifting shoe, but it doesn't have to come at the expense of comfort or performance. The Adidas Powerlift 3.1 is the total package. Choose your preferred size from the available options in the order menu (choose a size at least 0.5 above your normal shoe size) or select one of our other available color schemes.

Adidas Powerlift 3.1 - Men's is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 34.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe for Starting Strength This is my second pair of the Powerlifts. I had the earlier 3 version. Didn't find them comfortable as these. Probably bigger toe box with 3.1 version for my flat feet. I find the shoes excellent for the low bar squat. Just above Chuck Taylors. (I squat in both but the Powerlifts are way more solid) Also it does not push me forward in the deadlift as my old VS and Dowin shoes. Those squatting above 400 may like a more solid heel but I have zero issues. Some may prefer a higher heel for Olympic lifting but these are perfect for me as I train the power lifts and the price can't be beat. Excellent intro weight lifting shoe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from they're okay First weight lifting shoe I ever used. I went into these thinking they would be an awesome piece of equipment and comfortable. They okay, but not what I expected. Perhaps they're all like this. They are firm and give a solid connection to the ground. I would not call them comfortable however and want them off after the work out. Other reviews said they run small and they definitely do. I am a tight 9 in all shoes, so i lately buy 9-1/2 which are comfortably loose normally. I bought these 9-1/2, thinking they should be perfect if running small, but they're a little too tight, and I now wish I got 10's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied for low bar powerlifting squats Bought for low bar powerlifting squats. I've used flat Chuck Ts for the last 8 years. These shoes have a heel which forces me to pitch forward a bit, but it's "good different" for me. I squat into the low 400s and haven't noticed any compression in the heel - it's very sturdy. I wear a size 11 New Balance running shoe and these fit me perfectly in a size 11.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a difference!!! I've had these shoes for about a month, and purchased them for the express purpose of giving squats one more honest try. I love squats but the increasing tightness in my back as the loads get heavier makes the payoff underwhelming. I could tell an enormous difference in my stability on the ground and under the bar. No tightness in my hips and no low back soreness, just awesome quad activation. I'm so thrilled with the purchase of these shoes. They work perfectly, and they are some of the better looking lifting shoes out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great squat shoe Got these a few weeks ago and they are great, these are my second pair of adidas powerlifts and I love em. The higher heel is great for people lacking ankle mobility. The all red just looks great. If you are having trouble with ankle mobility on your squat or deadlifts I would definitely recommend getting these

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe My first lifter. Made great. It was true to size. A little snug on the first fit but does feel comfortable. Definitely notice the difference on the depth. I would recommend them.
