The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Your order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning Rogue handles the customs process on your behalf.
Please be sure you are entering your state/province AND postal/zip code. Both locations are needed to estimate shipping properly. If you only enter a postal/zip code it will also need a province. You can also refresh the page to reset the form and start over entering your information in. Gateway error messages indicate that the Credit Card information you have entered was either entered incorrectly or was declined. Many times people forget to use the proper billing address or miss type the expiration date or card number. If all of your information is correct but the card was declined this may be caused by a purchasing limit on your card, perhaps it was exceeded. This is also often the case. Another common reason is the Credit Card company has put a hold on the charge due to potential fraud. This is a security feature in Canada and as such may cause a Gateway Error message. You may need to contact your Credit Card company or bank if you are experiencing this issue.
The reason for this is caused by your browsers cookies settings. Most/all online stores and websites require cookies to be enabled to make purchases and use the full functions of the website. You do not need to call in your order. If you would like to pay for an order with multiple credit cards, you can purchase a gift card for the amount you would like to put on each credit card. You can then enter the gift card code(s) into your shopping cart when submitting your order online.
If you are ordering Rogue gift cards with a prepaid gift card such as Visa or MC, we recommend holding onto these cards for 1-2 weeks for verification. This type of transaction may get flagged as fraudulent so you could be contacted to verify payment information. To avoid this, please contact us before placing your order.
Rogue Fitness ships gear all around the world. If you are located in a remote area of Canada, you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required. You may choose to pay the additional cost or if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order.
The amount of tax calculated depends on many factors, including the destination of the shipment and the type of item(s) purchased.
All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 5% or Harmonized Sales Tax (“HST”) at 15%.
In addition, Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") or Quebec Sales Tax (“QST”) might apply at applicable CRA rates, depending on the item(s) and the destination of the shipment.
Applicable tax rates will be applied on shipping and handling charges for orders being shipped to British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan provinces.
Generally, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with applicable tax laws, the total selling price of an item generally will include item-level shipping and handling charges, item-level discounts, and an allocation of order-level shipping and handling charges and order-level discounts.
No tax is calculated when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid with gift cards can be subject to tax.
Please note that by signing up for subscription-based products, you are agreeing to be enrolled in a recurring payment plan. This means that your credit card will be charged automatically on a regular basis for the duration of your subscription.
You will be charged the subscription fee on the same card you used for your initial payment. If you wish to update your payment information, please visit your subscription under Iron Game Programming in My Account.
We want to ensure that you are aware of this recurring charge, and that you have the ability to cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your credit card will no longer be charged.
