Rogue Takes Care of Customs
The price paid at checkout is the final price, no COD surprises upon delivery. We do this to make your life easier so you don’t have to deal directly with the shipper or customs.
I am unable to get any shipping estimate.
Please be sure you are entering your state/province AND postal/zip code. Both locations are needed to estimate shipping properly. If you only enter a postal/zip code it will also need a province. You can also refresh the page to reset the form and start over entering your information in. If this solution doesn't work for you please feel free to contact us or call us at (780) 800-4851 to complete your purchase and we will troubleshoot your issues.
After hitting "Submit Your Order" I receive a "Gateway Error" Message.
Gateway error messages indicate that the Credit Card information you have entered was either entered incorrectly or was declined. Many times people forget to use the proper billing address or miss type the expiration date or card number. If all of your information is correct but the card was declined this may be caused by a purchasing limit on your card, perhaps it was exceeded. This is also often the case. If neither of these solutions works for you please feel free to contact us or call us at (780) 800-4851 to complete your purchase and we will troubleshoot your issues.
Another common reason is the Credit Card company has put a hold on the charge due to potential fraud. This is a security feature in Canada and as such may cause a Gateway Error message. You may need to contact your Credit Card company or bank if you are experiencing this issue.
I cannot add items to my cart or check them out. When I hit "add to cart" it takes me to the cart page and says that my cart is empty.
The reason for this is caused by your browsers cookies settings. Most/all online stores and websites require cookies to be enabled to make purchases and use the full functions of the website. If you are unsure if your cookies are enabled or how to enable them follow this link about how to check and enable your cookies. If this solution doesn't work for you please feel free to contact us or call us at (780) 800-4851 to complete your purchase and we will troubleshoot your issues.
I'm placing an order, but I would like to pay with multiple credit cards. Do I need to call in my order?
You do not need to call in your order. If you would like to pay for an order with multiple credit cards, you can purchase a gift card for the amount you would like to put on each credit card. You can then enter the gift card code(s) into your shopping cart when submitting your order online.
If you are ordering Rogue gift cards with a prepaid gift card such as Visa or MC, we recommend holding onto these cards for 1-2 weeks for verification. This type of transaction may get flagged as fraudulent so you could be contacted to verify payment information. To avoid this, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping to the Northwest Territories, Yukon Territory, or Nunavut?
Rogue Fitness ships gear all around the world. If you are located in a remote area of Canada, you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required. You may choose to pay the additional cost or if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order.
How is my applicable sales tax being calculated?
The amount of tax calculated depends on many factors, including the destination of the shipment and the type of item(s) purchased.
All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 5% or Harmonized Sales Tax (“HST”) at 15%.
In addition, Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") or Quebec Sales Tax (“QST”) might apply at applicable CRA rates, depending on the item(s) and the destination of the shipment.
Applicable tax rates will be applied on shipping and handling charges for orders being shipped to British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan provinces.
Generally, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with applicable tax laws, the total selling price of an item generally will include item-level shipping and handling charges, item-level discounts, and an allocation of order-level shipping and handling charges and order-level discounts.
No tax is calculated when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid with gift cards can be subject to tax.
