Built on the same principles as Mat’s HWPO Flagship program (which he used during his lengthy reign as “Fittest Man on Earth”), HWPO 60 features thoughtfully designed 12 week cycles, with quality programming that fits a busy lifestyle, getting you in and out of the gym in 60 minutes.
PROGRAM COMMITMENT
60 minutes per day, 4-6 days per week on 12 week cycles
WHO IT’S FOR
HWPO 60 is adapted from Mat Fraser’s HWPO Flagship program, and is based on percentages, scaling and modifying. This allows both beginner and advanced athletes to progress. If you’re limited on time but looking to WORK HARD towards your personal bests with a quality program, this one’s for you!
PROGRAM FORMAT
The daily structure includes an intentional warmup, one focused strength piece and rowing OR a daily metcon, and concludes with accessory and core combined. The program provided is 6 days a week. If your busy schedule does not allow for 6 days, you can use the reschedule feature in the app to move at your own pace.
An HWPO subscription can be utilized ONLY through the HWPO Training App, and is NOT available as a PDF.

About HWPO Training:
Not merely a spokesperson for the brand, Mat Fraser is the Lead Programming Engineer at HWPO Training, and personally writes everything from the programming themes to the warmups, strength work, intervals, and accessories. Along with a small, select team, he tests each workout to ensure the intent and stimulus of each component and each session align. HWPO is named after Fraser’s personal mantra (“Hard Work Pays Off”) and its goal is to foster a supportive and hard-working fitness community.
