Great shoe
Bought these for my twelve-year-old son who just started lifting this year. They fit perfectly and provide enough lift in the heel to allow him to get to depth in the olympic squat with good form, which he had been having trouble with barefoot. He used to love all the lifts except the squat, and now he loves the squat too. Great investment for a young man!

A great shoe for the price.
I immediately noticed a difference in my squat during my first workout. These shoes offer great stability and allow for optimal power transfer through the range of motion. I also noticed a lot more quad activation, even in the low bar squat. The arch does feel like it is a little too far forward, but overall, I couldn't be happier with the shoes and I wish I would've bought them sooner.

15 pounds on my squat!
I know. Correlation does not prove causation. But within a week of using these babies I got a 15 pound jump on my squat. They add stability I didn't know I was missing. They look pretty good too.
