Adidas Powerlift 3 - Men's is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes. Takes one squat session to break in. Bought these a half size smaller (usually an 11, but bought a 10.5) based on other reviews. While straight out of the box my left shoe fit PERFECTLY the right was a bit snug on my fourth toe. Kind of uncomfortably so. However, going back to other reviews I decided to give these a chance to break in and after just a single squat session the toe box loosened up considerably. Now, three sessions in they fit GREAT. So, if you're looking for an low-cost / first weightlifting shoe (I'm just getting going on the Starting Strength program) you won't be disappointed. Good stability (can't speak to 300lbs+), comfortable enough for me to box jump / jump rope in, and the heel height gives me great depth on my squats, but is still manageable to deadlift in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Beat this deal!! I received my shoes yesterday afternoon, I ordered the size I usually wear 9 1/2 and they fit perfect. I tried them out this morning and PR my snatch and C&J!! If you are looking for a great shoe and a great price, you can't beat this deal!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome shoe for squats! I ordered these specifically to squat in and I noticed an immediate and incredibly positive difference. Before ordering I read a lot of reviews saying to either "order 1/2 a size smaller" or "order 1/2 a size larger." It was confusing, so I played it safe and just ordered my regular shoe size and they fit perfect! Great shoe for deep squats! Don't hesitate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love them I was having some challenges with my squat so I decided to invest in a lift shoe. These have been great, I'm seeing progress in my lifts! No size in women's was available to I had to order men's a little more snug then I'd prefer for a normal shoe but for lifting no problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe, just not for me. Awesome shoe! Love them for Front Squats, but will be sticking with a flat Chuck Taylor for all other lifts. Don’t get me wrong, I do Paused Front Squats every session and these really hit the Quads and form a good foundation in the hole; for this reason, they are worth the purchase. I’m a 5’11”, 185 lb Male with longer limbs (6’3” wingspan, to give you an idea) so I prefer a flat shoe that allows me to “sit back” and use my Glutes & Hams on Back Squats. Again, it comes down to preference and this pair of scarps does exactly what they’re described to do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Comfort This is my first powerlifting shoe I've ever purchased. I have been doing olympic lifting only through my local Crossfit programming for the past 4 years so I decided now was the time to buy a pair. This shoe has provided me newly acquired stability and balance that I needed. The upper ridge durable mesh feels great and the lower bridge on the heel is plenty sturdy. I did rate this shoe as a 5-star but I want to add that I followed another review saying to order a 1/2 size up and I'm glad I did. The fit is perfect. I'm really glad I made this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons For context: I powerlift; previously owned Sabos with equivalent .60'' heel rise. Pros: These are gorgeous in blue. And I 10/10 LOVE the "Powerlift" on the strap. The top material seems durable and high quality. You can squat in these with lighter weights. Light olympic weightlifting works as well. Cons: The "high density midsole" is NOT like the TPU ones in Sabos or Adipowers. They 'give' and condense SLIGHTLY in heavier lifts (315 and up maybe). Because of this, they don't feel as stable as my old school Sabos. You also feel that the edges of the feel give more than they should, which I am not a fan of when squatting. These did not make me feel 100% stable and grounded. Because my Sabos are broken, I still use these. My squat max is at 335lbs at 165 body weight. I can squated 270lbs for 4 sets of 6 in these and did not have an issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great show for the lrice My trainer recommended these mainly because they are not nearly the price of other lifting shoes. Upon the 1st use I noticed the difference in stability squatting. Instantly increased my weight with controlled for on heavier weights.
