These are great! Easy to mount and easy to remove! We use them on a fm-6 and honestly feel this is the only way to go for safeties.. If this is your setup.. get some rogue strips to have easy storage up of the floor..

Bought these specifically for rack pulls and rows. They work great. Very well built and heavy which is what I wanted so I don't have any complaints. Easy on the barbell knurling if that’s important to you. Definitely a more solid option than pin/pipe safeties for me personally. Highly recommend.

Very robust safety... super heavy of course, so if you're sharing with say your wife as I am, you'll be moving them often - keep that in mind. They're very well designed and made, although, I did have to sand down one of the UHMW pads on one of them to get it to fit around the upright - wasn't even close so I'm not sure how that was missed in quality control. If you lift heavy, this will definitely do the trick.

Purchased these along with my RM-4 2.0 and have been using them for about five months. The design and sturdy construction offers peace of mind when it comes to safety. Such design does create a heavy safety, but, hey, you're lifting weight anyways. This shouldn't be a problem. However, young, small frame, or beginning athletes might take a bit longer or prefer assistance to change these to a different height. I'd choose this safety option again.

got these with my RM6. they are very solid. takes a little time to get use to.

I bought these as part of my RM-6 Monster Rack configuration. I modeled my RM-6 after a commercial gym's Hammer Strength power rack that I used for several years and really liked. These are rock solid safeties. While pins and straps work A-OK and are easier to adjust, these rule psychologically. Besides, my rack is my toy. My squat and bench safety height is identical. My safeties are never moved. But, their solidity had an unforeseen benefit. About a year and a half ago, I suffered a couple of non-lifting injuries to my knee and ribcage that made it difficult to move much less lift. As I healed, the solidity of the Monster Rack, and these safeties in particular, allowed me to do stretching movements with no fear that something was going to shift and that I would reinjure myself. I would not have been as confident with pins or straps.
