Awful Design
My harness just came in, and I've used it for the first time. I give it two stars because it is definitely sturdy, but the design is just awful. It's like the harness was made for a child's size head.
I was able to use it because, since I'm just starting out, I'm using relatively low weight. But I can imagine that, as I want to start using more weight, the harness will be struggling to stay put with only the tension from the velcro strap.
On another note, it could really use some D-hooks for the chain attachment. I can already tell that hooking and unhooking it over time will very quickly wear away the fabric loops.
Finally, and this is just cosmetic, but the "Spud" tag is poorly stitched on and rubs against my head, exacerbating the aforementioned poor design. I'll probably rip it off at some point.

Sturdy, but poor design
Solid rock and built to last, yes. Poor design and not comfortable at all. I’ll use it due to what I invested, but I could have built one more comfortable that would stay on during exercises.

Needs work
The straps tend to bend to where they dig in to your ears. If you aren’t using more than 20#’s, it’s ok. I’ll use it regardless, but there has to be something that is easier to use.

Sturdy but bad webbing design.
Yes this is sturdy like all spud products. However when getting into big boy weight, the side webbing where the chain attaches rotates and turns into a painful temple massage. Strong yes, ergonomics suck.

Great product
I am very pleased with the neck harnesses construction. It is built to last.

Overpriced trash
Where are the upper D-rings? This is just a generic $10 harness.

Stronger neck
I’ve used this neck harness for 3+ years. I just order a new one because I gave my friend the old one. I started out focusing on high rep (50+) for months until I built my neck up. Expect muscle soreness like you’ve never had before. But, it’s well worth it. A well built neck has many uses.
