I bought these for the tendinitis in my elbows. While it doesn’t help with any pain, it does keep my elbows warm and feels like a nice hug of support during workouts.

After a nasty fall I injured the ligaments and tendons inside my elbow. Working out left me with a constant burning pain in the area even when cleared to lift by my doctor. This sleeve does NOT eliminate the pain, but it helps me get through my workout with minimal discomfort and provides strengthening support. I highly recommend getting the smaller size if you're between two sizes or want a tighter fit. I got the xs and was worried I'd made a mistake when I put it on for the first time. Felt like I was cutting off the circulation! After a couple of wears it has loosened up just perfect. If I'd gone with S it would be too big. I definitely recommend. Be sure to do your PT and take your anti inflammatories too though! Also rogue fitness - please offer more colours!

I assumed I would get a set of two like you would for knee wraps, the price for one was outrageous

I've been using this for some golfer's elbow issues over the past few months. It definitely helps keep everything tight and supported. I definitely thought it came as a pair when I purchased, but that's mostly because I didn't pay close attention when I ordered.

absolutely love these, I turn 50 in a few months and they have made a huge difference. I am training for a masters division bodybuilding contest and my sore elbows are all but gone. Highly recommend them.
