Absolutely love this rig. Went with the speal bars. Awesome, solid piece of equipment! Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

I bought this about 2 months ago because my box closed it’s doors. This rig is great for a garage gym. It’s perfect for two people to workout on. Super easy to set up.

Was looking to transform the corner of my garage into a home gym (box). I customized the order to all 43" sections (double on the front for extra stability and single skinny's on the sides so I could drop them down to preferred height). This set-up maximizes my open floor space so two people can do WODs. I added a double wall-ball target for extra fun. The rig is super solid (better than those at my past box). I used 4" concrete anchors with the rig sitting on top of the 3/8" rubber floor and no problem there with a hammer drill. I had debated on the MLW-4 versus lower gauge options, since this was shipping free costs were similar, I got a high quality product at a good price. Also, using the single skinny bars to the wall made install cheaper because I could use a standard single 2x10 to tie to wall. Finally instead of trying to put the rings on the rig or make the rig bigger, I purchased the rogue ring hanger 2.0 which was easy to install and works very well.

I finally took the financial leap and purchased the wall mount rack once receiving the notification that they were back in stock. It arrived a week before Christmas 2020 and I am so impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and ease of assembly/installation. It is no wonder that Rogue has the following in the strength training community that they do.

Worth the wait. Between waiting for all the pieces to be in stock and then waiting for processing time, shipping delays, etc. all the parts finally arrived! Install was quick and easy and I'm super happy with how the new setup in my garage gym turned out! I replaced an SML-3 with the MLW-4 and also added an extra 70" Speal bar to a side wall. Total of four pullup stations now! The SML-3 worked great for years including several outside and it held up great - but a new house with a bigger, taller garage made room for a wall mount. In typical Rogue fashion they allowed me to customize the rig - I don't like the hi-lo bars so I substituted the single 43", and two Speal bars with the MLW-4 (and also ordered the extra single 70" powder coated bar). They're all mounted at different heights to accommodate me, my wife, daughter, and friends in the garage gym. The Speal bars are really grippy and hold chalk well. The powder coated bars do as well but I'd heard so many good things about the Speal bar that I decided to try it out - happy that I did. My experience with Rogue is that they make quality equipment that's built to last - and the MLW-4 that I just installed proves that to still be the case. The wait may be long, but it's no longer than other manufacturers right now, and the prices are competitive for high quality equipment from what I've seen. Be patient if there's a wait - it's worth it!

This thing is so freaking great. I'll never need to go to a gym, it has so many features and such high quality (USA made) wish i had the money and garage space a long time ago.

Have had this rig for over a month and it is awesome. Not only is it a great rig but i did a complete custom order and Rogue was very helpful and fair in their pricing. I recommend this rig for any garage gym!
