The Rogue CG-1T Triangle Cable & Landmine Attachment is a versatile 2-in-1 tool that doubles as a cable attachment and landmine handle. Made in the USA and featuring ¼-inch aluminum or heavy duty steel side plates with laser-cut Rogue branding and a tough, textured black powdercoat finish, this attachment offers both durability and a premium feel. A stainless steel clevis plate adds extra strength to the design, while an integrated acetal sleeve protects your barbell sleeve for landmine work. Whether you’re hitting cable exercises like lat pulldowns and low rows or landmine movements, this attachment offers an efficient solution for upper body pulling exercises.

Built with our signature Ohio knurling, the same knurl pattern used on our Ohio Bar used by elite athletes for over a decade, the handles ensure superior grip for every rep. Note: The CG-1 attachments are optimized for Lat Pulldown and Low Row movements. When used with a landmine, range of motion may be slightly reduced depending on your setup and the movement performed. 

Warning: Lat pulldown machines from different manufacturers will have different amounts of resistance when unloaded which may or may not balance the weight of the attachment. Therefore it is important that the attachment is always supported while changing the weight to prevent it from falling and causing injury.
