ROGUE ECHO 10MM LIFTING BELT

Rogue’s Echo Lifting Belt is made from genuine leather and measures 4" in width and 10MM in thickness,* with five length options to choose from. All sizes of the belt include 10 precision-spaced holes and a single prong buckle design for easy custom tightening and optimal comfort and support. The leather on the Echo Belt can run pretty stiff out of the gate and may need some break-in time, but you’ll never need to worry about its reliability for securing the abdominal muscles and lower back on a wide variety of lifts.

*The exact thickness may vary from belt to belt due to the properties of leather.

The Echo 10MM Lifting Belt features black leather and black hardware with the Rogue logo embroidered on the back in white. Before ordering, be sure to check the sizing chart provided below.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid belt, need better quality control This was my first Rogue purchase. I had heard nothing but great things about Rogue products, so I decided to give them a try. The belt is solid; much nicer than the one I was using. However, their quality control could use improvement. The belt arrived with 2 of the holes not being cleanly cut or drilled or whatever (see pictures). While this may see trivial, it really made it difficult to use those holes, which happen to be the sweet spot for me. I had to use a razor and a screwdriver to cut the holes and open them up to a more clean, acceptable level and now it works, but it should have worked correctly from the factory. Like I said before, the belt is solid, I just wish the quality control was better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality I bought this belt about 6 weeks ago and have used the belt several times now for squat and deadlift . I have to say this is the first belt I've ever bought or used so my experience is pretty limited. I have to say the belt is a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be and gives fantastic support and confidence . The support is especially great for the squat , I am able to really get my core tightened up way better than I ever could before . I actually increased my squat considerably because of that extra core tightness and support . I highly recommend this belt , the price and quality are there !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good belt with a few flaws Overall, a very stiff, solid supportive belt. Unfortunately, it's size and width can be obtrusive during deadlifts, though I have found it great for squats. The front and rear have held up fine, though it's starting to show some wear and discoloration along the edges after a few months of use. The biggest flaw in my opinion - the holes are too far apart for proper adjustment. Due to the stiffness of the belt, you may really have to suck it in to get that one extra notch you need, which inevitably ends up being too tight. Conversely, if you put it in the next hole, it feels too loose, and has a tendency to walk up your back during lifts. If this belt were manufactured with a 1/2" tighter center to center hole spacing, it would be a major improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic belt garage gym’ers Even though this belt is the “echo” version of course it’s Rogue quality. I have a little experience with leather work so I can tell that it is layered and dyed (of course). The stitching isn’t absolutely TOP notch but if I was that concerned I would’ve gotten a premium belt for $100+. I love the brand so I’m staying with Rogue products and I’m so glad I did. This is a great belt for people working out in their garage not for serious pro training. I’d buy it again! Also I have used this belt several times and I measure 38” around my belly button so I ordered an XL. It fits great, I just wonder if a large might have left a little less slack. Just a thought it’s still an awesome belt!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy for a poor lifters budget! I purchased this belt 3 years ago and decided it's about tine to write a review. This is my first powerlifting belt I ever bought, so I cannot really compare it to other products like Inzer etc. I have had used it consistently for 3 years and there have been absolutely 0 issues or defects. Great belt and felt sturdy for me compared to any other general lifting belt. If this belt ever breaks or ever gets damaged, you can bet I'll be back! Shipping was quick I have recommended this belt to numerous friends. Really great product for a low price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good fit I got my belt and it was very stiff. I actually got stuck in it and had my 7 year old step on the belt while I laid on the ground in order to get it unclasped. After that lesson I began to roll the belt to soften it up and it responded well. I have not been trapped again. Overall the belt is the perfect width for my (female) body with no hip or rib pinching. The length of the large fits nearly all women in my gym. Wish it was made in the USA. Bumbed me out when I saw that it was not.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is an "OK" Belt I bought this belt a little while ago and lets say getting it out of the box i had my hopes high for this belt as it looked and felt great. Now after using it for a little while it has still not broken in and it literally is the hardest belt i have ever tried to get off still to this day. I saw the other reviews and description of the belt and I didn't hesitate to buy it as i have other Rogue products. The belt is also kind of coming apart from all the rolling that i have been doing to get this to loosen up.Needless to say if you are into weightlifting in any kinda serious way where you would need a belt spend the money and get a better quality one, and don't be fooled by the reviews/description.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great belt When I got it out the box I thought it was already used. There was some saw dust looking type stuff on the back. I wiped it off and was relieved it was brand new but a little disappointed still. After initial impression I was able to appreciate the look and feel of the belt. And after my first use doing some moderate weight with front and back squats I liked it even more. This is my first more serious lifting belt and its money well spent imo. Was going to buy a more well known brand but after using this I really think it would've been unnecessary. Shipping took longer than I thought tho.
