Rogue Heavy Duty Figure 8 Lifting Straps
Black

Rogue's Figure 8 Lifting Straps feature an extra-strength cotton webbing in a basket weave for superior reinforcement, reliability and comfort. Sized for use on a deadlift bar, the double-loop design can help athletes focus on their pull, and greater weight loads, without having to worry as much about grip.

These straps are made in the USA and sold in pairs. They’re available here in black with exclusive Rogue branding. One size fits most users.

How to Use: Rogue’s Heavy Duty Figure 8 Lifting Straps are worn by placing the wrist through one loop, swinging the other loop under the barbell, then putting your wrist through the second loop. This secures the bar in place, reducing stress on the grip / wrists. Both the bar and strap will need to be gripped firmly before performing a lift.

Just awful
I have used figure 8 straps from metal and spud inc. I am horrified at how wrong rogue got these, the fit is too large, the material is too rough, the joint is huge preventing the actual purpose of the straps: good grip. i will never recommend these to anyone, even if you were my enemy

You better have big hands!
These are heavily built for professional strongman. I wear gloves size medium/large, these straps are falling off me.

One size does not fit all
Good quality but if you have smaller wrist it starts to overlap and can't grip the bar all the way around without it frictionig hard on you're wrist

There's a secret to these straps..
I was like some of those who left negative reviews on these saying they didnt fit. I could tell they were heavy duty but could not comfortably get my thumb around the bar (for deadlifts, shrugs, etc). Assumed they might be too small. But, think about it. These things are designed for pulling maximal loads. And what size, typically, are the guys who pull maximal loads? Well, they aint bean poles if you know what i mean. Big, big dudes! So... one day doing some barbell shrugs, i accidentially figured it out. Was experiencing discomfort with thumb around the bar but kept cranking out reps. My grip slipped and my thumb came loose. Fingers still wrapped around the bar but now the strap was doing more of the work. Felt better, instantly. I kept going and hit some absurd rep PR and have pulled with these straps thumbless ever since. They have handled: -615 lb rack pull -545 lb shrugs -495 from the floor -405 barbell rows -455 RDL And literally thousands of reps at all weights inbetween. All thumbless. Yes, they will rub up your wrists and leave em red using that kind of weight. But no real discomfort during or after. If you bought a pair of these and they arent quite working for you, try thumbless before you get rid of em cause i think youll be surprised what you can do with these.
Yes, I recommend this product

Poor sizing
Feels durable but the size on this is definitely too large. One size does not fit all. Can't get a proper grip. Can't believe Rogue cheaped out on this and can't offer multiple sizes. Wish I read the reviews on this before buying.

Unable to use, too small
I can barely squeeze my hands into the small loops. Then I am unable to grip the bar as they are too short.
