Rated 5 out of 5 by from Killer Someone could've marketed this thing with its own 1am infomercial fitness program.. This is the best jump rope I've ever used.. Killer combo with KB snatches or TGUs.. I've had my 10' for almost 2 weeks and after the first workout I've used it in some capacity every single day..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best heavy rope I have rxsmartgear and crossrope, this is my third heavy rope and the best, my hight is 2m and I have big hand, handles are wide enough and fits perfectly for me, cable length i also perfect. Anyone who is 2m high or more should only buy this heavy rope.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome conditioning I've had it for a few months now. My only bad comments are: the cable is already frayed and has a few of the fibers pointing out AND I hit my foot and landing on its side and sprained it (my fault). I special ordered it but the cable is too long for me, I must be shorter than what I've been told, lol. Other than that, I love it and use it everyday.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy Works great.. You don't have to worry with the rope smacking you in the head.. But if you're off a little it will get your toes.. Difficult to carry around but a great rope

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great build, smooth, insane workout This is my first heavy rope. It is very smooth, heavy, and has a generally strong build. It is an intense workout, burns my arms, shoulders, and gets my heart racing very quickly. I switch between this heavy rope and a Rogue speed rope. The cable is actual metal fibers stranded together, and a lot of people notice this rope. I've gotten a lot of questions and interest about it from others in the gym.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible conditioning tool Just started using this rope, supplementing each cycle during my lift, with one set of 60-100 reps (generally 9-12 cycles). I've never been so fatigued after workouts through the entirety of my arms, from the shoulders down to my fingers. The constant, consistent, physical strain is amazing, I can't wait to see the benefits I reap from adding this to my routine!
