Rubber Tile 24"x24"x1.5"

Available to order as a pair or in multi-packs of 6, 8, 12, and 16, these heavy-duty rubber flooring tiles can be versatile additions to any gym. Use them to build a lifting platform; as a landing pad for atlas stones; or to adjust the height on your box squats or plyo box jumps. Available in your choice of a smooth or crumb finish.

Each individual 28 LB tile measures 24” x 24” x 1.5” thick, and is manufactured from a 100% recycled SBR rubber backing, topped with a recycled SBR/EPDM wear layer. The waffled pattern on the base helps prevent sliding/movement, and the strength of the material not only protects your flooring and equipment, but can also help deaden the impact and reduce some of the noise as you train.

Common Set-Ups:

  • 8 Tiles = 4’ x 8’ Platform
  • 12 Tiles = 6’ x 8’ Platform
  • 16 Tiles = 8’ x 8’ Platform

The Absolute Best
There is no doubt that these are a premium cost compared to the competitive options, however, the difference in quality is notable. These are excellent at reducing the noise from dropped barbells during lifts like deadlifts. Perhaps the best quality is the lack of rubber smell from these tiles. 5/5 highly recommend.

Bouncy, smelly, sharpy
Good tiles, sufficiently thick to drop a kettlebell without damaging the floors, and rigid to serve as a platform for a stand or a rack. The smell is there, even after a few months, but I expected much worse. If you work out barefoot, they actually feel pretty good and grippy. At the same time, I got unlucky with one of 12 tiles — a piece of wire got out of it and sliced my finger. I doubt they use any wire skeleton inside the tiles, so I assume that wire just accidentally got into the rubber mix. Anyways, I’d recommend to work out on them in barefoot shoes and probably not let your kids jump on them. Aside from that, they are good, would buy again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize this happened. While not impossible for recycled crumb rubber, it is very rare, and we have reached out to get you taken care of.

Great for small home gym
Bought these a while back and they are perfect for small spaces. All seem uniform and level. Rubber smell has dissipated after a couple of months. Initially they rub off on your feet a little bit, but that seems to not be an issue after a few months.

Smells even a year later
I really love Rogue products, have everything from Rogue starting from Monster rack to all possible attachments, barbells, dumbbells... you name it. This tile was the only product that disappointed me. I am sensitive to strong chemical smells. I bought a pair of tiles to start with and put it outside - hoping that eventually smell will go away and I will install it. Even after a year (!) under SoCal sun it still smells rubber. Don't recommend for those who are sensitive to chemical smell. Yeah, I know - nobody promised me that there will be zero smell in rubber tile. I get it. Leaving a comment here for those who will search using "smell" keyword.

Durable, thick
I bought these wanting heavy duty but easy to move in my very small workout space. Odor minimal and don't notice it now. Can be used for modest workout or much heavier.

Great for many uses
I originally purchased these tiles to use as flooring in my Rogue deadlift platform. Honestly, I didn't love them for that purpose. The tiles aren't all uniform in size and it resulted in big gaps between tiles that the barbell would then roll into. This would make the bar sit uneven on the ground a lot of times. It was annoying. I replaced the tiles with double 3/4 inch gym mats and have been much happier with that setup. That said, these tiles are still awesome and very handy. I use them all the time to perform rack pulls and deficit deadlifts. I also use them with the Rogue adjustable box squat box. I keep the box set at it's lowest height and add these tiles on top of the box to raise/lower the height for box squatting. Anytime I need to raise the height of something a few inches, I add these tiles. They are lightweight but very dense and strong. They are definitely worth having for their versatility in many applications.
