Very sticky and not very hard on my thumps good quality

As someone who's been working out for years, I can honestly say that Goat Tape is the best tape I've ever used. It's simply in a league of its own when it comes to performance, comfort, and durability. Goat Tape is easy to rip and apply. The tape adheres securely to my skin, and it stays in place but it does leave a little sticky residue behind – comes off easy with soap and water. I buy this same product every time I run out of tape, been doing it for years!

For "scary sticky" it's really not. This tape did not stand up to a sweaty workout for me. There is no stretch to it and I found the tape ended up moving around on me. I had to retape mid wod. That being said I do sweat a lot.

I would have been better buying cheap medical tape. This stuff sucks. It’s not playable whatsoever. I had been given a roll from a friend that was super sticky but stretchy. That is what I thought I was buying.
