Black and red are differnet
I bought both not knowing they actually fit differently. Red is slightly larger despite both being 10 inches. Figured they would both fit snug. Couldn't exchange without paying a price. Gave it away. Probably wouldn't buy again.

They work!
I bought two of these because I developed golfer's blow lifting weights. The completely take the pain away. They are very well-crafted, too.

Perfect Amount of Pressure
I had some serious tennis elbow pain in my left forearm. Used this compression cuff when I was working out and driving for a couple of weeks... Bam! No more pain. Still use the cuff when driving and for Deads.

Great on the elbows!
The cuff feels great and gives you a nice pop off the chest if you use them while benching. I went 3" smaller than the measurement around my elbow, and so far they're VERY tight. I'm assuming they will get broken in somewhat, but I'd recommend going either 2" or 1" smaller than your elbow depending on how tight you want it.

I prefer the Rehband elbow sleeve
Seems to run a bit Large and doesn't offer the level of compression I was hoping for. Make sure to line up the stitching or it's really uncomfortable. Mine falls down when transitioning movements, the Rehband is a better option.
