These Shake Handle Attachments from Mark Bell / Sling Shot are made from 1.5” wide double-ply stretch material with an O-ring at the top for connecting to a cable machine. The attachment measures 11.5” in length with a 5.5” long handle and your choice of a standard grip (1.2” diameter) or thick grip (1.5” diameter).
The patent pending design uses Sling Shot material that stretches, allowing a greater range of motion compared to standard attachments. The stretch of the material creates a banded feeling for a greater “pump” as you can get deeper in the movements, promoting greater muscle contraction and better core stabilization.
Important: Sling Shot Material can eventually wear over time and should be inspected before each and every use. Use with heavier weights will increase the chance of wear.
