Shaking hands like a BARBARIAN!
Wanted to increase my grip strength, so I bought these bad boys. Now, people are complaining that I'm hurting their hands when we shake. It has helped with my grappling in jujitsu and Muay Thai.

Good, all-around grips for pull-ups, rows, etc.
I have several of the Rogue grip products, and many from other brands (Iron Mind, Atomik Climbing, etc). I use the various grips daily for rowing intervals. These are expensive, but well made. They are very comfortable to use as the rubber flexes a bit during use. They can be used with the whole hand, down to just a thumb and finger (great thumb work). I ditched the stainless clips that came with them for normal climbing carabiners.

Great pull-up addition
Fantastic addition to a pull-up routine. The cone shape prevents hands from sliding down too easily and the ridges help route the sweat away from your grip. I don't recommend using the carabiner clips they come with. I was hesitant to even hang with the clips supporting my weight. I looped the over the bar and through the rope- seems like a much sturdier hold.

Great for pullups if you have a broken ring finger
I broke my right ring finger/knuckle during Jiu Jitsu and am unable to do pullups on rings, a bar or a rope due to the pressure/pain. The cone shape of these grips allows me to keep most of the pressure off the ring finger and onto the forefinger, thumb and the heel of the hand. The rubber surface is sticky and solid; you don't have to worry about your grip slipping. A slick surface is not something I want to deal with when I have a messed up hand. I can still do pullups while healing a hand injury and it's great to have another pullup tool.
