Holy Youknowwhat! This thing works!! I have bad cervical discs, myofascial pain syndrome, and fibromyalgia so most of my back is in varying states & types of pain constantly. I get horrible stiffness of fascia & muscles and painful knots. Not even medical Marijuana helped. This thing does!! I can use it then make dinner, even stop in between to use it then go back to making dinner. It's convenient, simple, cheap, and WORKS!
