Good Tool, But Not The Best For Big Men
This massaging tool does the trick; however, it does not have great utility if you are a large and muscular man. The handgrips are very difficult to hold if you have large palms, which hinders your ability to control the tool overall. If you are a smaller-bodied person or a female, this should be a perfect tool though.

Great features for the whole body.
Received my Thera Cane 3 weeks ago. I use it about twice a day. Now I don't have to ask my son to come over and massage my scapular. I can do this myself with my new Thera Cane. I also asked my doctor about using it and she said it is a good idea but I must be careful not to massage the area too vigorously.

Does the Job!
I have muscle tightness in upper back and neck and a personal trainer recommended that I purchase a Thera Cane. It is very effective in unknoting muscles. It has the same effect as a roller but much more targeted. Really like it.
