2026 Rogue Invitational Strongman and Strongwoman Fields Are Set

The world’s strongest are headed back to Scotland.

The 2026 Rogue Invitational returns to P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland, October 23-25, bringing together 20 of the top Strongman and Strongwoman athletes from around the world. With former Rogue Invitational champions, World’s Strongest Man and Woman winners, rising contenders, and some of the biggest names in strength sports all confirmed, both fields are loaded from top to bottom.

Strongman

Three-time defending Rogue Invitational champion Mitchell Hooper returns to Aberdeen looking to extend his run at the top. The Canadian has won every Rogue Invitational Strongman title since 2023 and enters this year’s competition after another massive season. Hooper claimed his fourth consecutive Arnold Strongman Classic title in March before winning the 2026 World’s Strongest Man, adding another major championship to one of the most impressive runs in modern Strongman.

Standing in his way is a field filled with athletes capable of challenging for the podium.

Scotland’s Tom Stoltman will once again compete in front of a home-country crowd. The three-time World’s Strongest Man has been a fixture at the top of the sport for years and returns to the Invitational looking to add a Rogue title to his résumé.

Rayno Nel arrives after establishing himself as one of Hooper’s biggest challengers in 2026. The South African finished second at the World’s Strongest Man, just two points behind Hooper, after taking event wins in the Flip & Carry, Deadlift, and Titan’s Toss during the final.

Trey Mitchell also stood on the 2026 World’s Strongest Man podium, finishing third overall and closing the contest with wins in the Max Log Lift and Atlas Stones. Known for his massive static strength and consistency on the biggest stages, Mitchell returns as another serious threat in Aberdeen.

The field also features four-time World’s Strongest Man Hafthor Björnsson and 2019 World’s Strongest Man Martins Licis, bringing two of the sport’s most accomplished athletes back to the Rogue Invitational stage.
Austin Andrade continues his rise through the Strongman ranks after finishing second to Hooper at the 2026 Arnold Strongman Classic, while Thomas Evans returns following another season competing against the sport’s elite.
Rounding out the field are Ondřej Fojtů and Paddy Haynes, two athletes who have made major moves internationally in 2026. Fojtů won the Strongman Classic in London and finished fifth at World’s Strongest Man, while Haynes took second at the Strongman Classic, continuing his rise against some of the best athletes in the sport.

Strongwoman

The Strongwoman competition returns for its third year at the Rogue Invitational with another international field of 10 athletes.

Two-time defending champion Inez Carrasquillo leads the way after winning each of the first two Rogue Invitational Strongwoman titles. Carrasquillo made history by winning the inaugural competition in Aberdeen in 2024 and successfully defended the title in 2025. She returns in 2026 with the opportunity to make it three straight.

One of her biggest challengers will be Olga Liashchuk. The Ukrainian enters Aberdeen as the reigning Arnold Strongwoman Classic champion after winning the 2026 competition by just 1.5 points over Carrasquillo. That result sets up another meeting between two athletes who have repeatedly found themselves battling at the top of the sport.

Angelica Jardine was right behind them at the Arnold, finishing third and only two points away from the championship. With Liashchuk, Carrasquillo, and Jardine separated by just two points in Columbus, all three will meet again on the Rogue Invitational floor.

The British contingent brings plenty of firepower of its own.

Lucy Underdown enters the Invitational after winning the 2026 Britain’s Strongest Woman title, finishing in the top three across all five events. She’ll be joined by Rebecca Roberts, who finished second at that competition and brings the experience of a three-time World’s Strongest Woman champion.

Grace Hilbourne completed the 2026 Britain’s Strongest Woman podium in third and will make the trip north to Aberdeen alongside fellow British standout Andrea Thompson, another proven international competitor with elite pressing and deadlifting strength.

Australia’s Katie Blunden, American Jennifer Lyle, and Canada’s Jackie Osczevski complete the field. All three competed at the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic and will now get another opportunity to test themselves against many of the same athletes on the Rogue stage.
