Rich Froning: A Decade of Dominance
During Rogue’s 13 years as an official equipment supplier of the CrossFit Games, we saw Rich emerge as the face of the competition, with a decade of dominance that included 4 consecutive individual titles, plus 5 additional team titles with Cookeville, Tennessee’s CrossFit Mayhem. He retired from the individual ranks in 2015 while still reigning as Fittest Man on Earth, solidifying his legendary status.
