The Rogue Claw Challenge – November 15 – 25, 2024

Registration is now open for The Claw Challenge: https://www.roguecanada.ca/the-claw-challenge-registration-2024 Max time holding one hex head dumbbell in each hand — A $10 entry fee gets you into the competition; $30 gets you entry + an official Rogue Challenge t-shirt.
