Designed around the Rogue Monster Rhino Belt Squat; the Rhino Trainer is available in two different versions. RHINO RACK TRAINER The Rack Trainer version includes the Rhino Belt Squat and a 1:1 lat pulldown and Low Row. RHINO FUNCTIONAL TRAINER The Functional Trainer version adds a 2:1 functional trainer in addition to the Rhino Belt Squat and 1:1 lat pulldown included on the Rack Trainer version. GRANDFATHER CLOCK TENSIONING SYSTEM (Patent Pending) Because squats start from the top; rather than the bottom of the lift; the Rhino trolley also needs to start at the top of the range of motion. While this is easy in an open ended design like the Rhino Rack Trainer; for a closed loop; single-weight-source; multifunction cable system like the Rhino Functional Trainer; a new mechanism was required to make it possible to start most lifts from the bottom of the trolleys range of motion and then allow squats to start from the top of the lift. In order to maintain cable tension while the trolley is resting on the Rhino horn; a precisely calibrated counterweight descends using a patent pending apparatus consisting of multiple pulleys and cables; all internal to the 3×6 upright. When the lifter attaches the belt; the counterweight is retracted and lifting can begin as normal. The system is so cool we added a window into the upright so you can see it in action. INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row; using a single plate-loaded trolley. This configuration allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown; belt squat and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. This also only requires only one weight adjustment in use. This single weight source design ensures even loading; eliminating any possibility of side-to-side imbalances. COMPATIBILITY AND VERSATILITY Unlike many competitor models that require proprietary; specialized attachments to be able to achieve a 1:1 load for lat pulldown and low row that bridge two cables; the Rogue Rhino Rack Trainer and Rhino Rack Functional Trainer are compatible with all standard cable attachments. OVERBUILT BY DESIGN This unit is manufactured in Columbus; Ohio; and features 3×3″ arms and crossmembers; a 3×6″ weight trolley tower; and a 3/16” US made Mil spec aircraft cable. When not in use; the trolley is stored on a 1″ thick UHMW plastic hook; or “Rhino Horn.” A diamond-tread plate platform provides steady footing; adjustable handles offer overhand and neutral grip options; and our exclusive Rogue Multi Belt (included standard) easily accommodates most waist sizes; with adjustments from 41” to 61”. SEAMLESS TRANSITIONS Transition to different movements on the Rhino Rack Trainer or Rhino Functional Trainer with ease. With our 1:1 pulley design in the Rack Trainer and the integrated 1:1 and 2:1 pulley system in the functional trainer there is no need to reconfigure your rack or cable attachment points when going from belt squats to lat pulldowns; 2:1 movements; or vice versa. BUILT ON THE MONSTER RACK 2.0 The Rogue Monster Rack 2.0 is a fully customizable rack utilizing 3×3″ 11-gauge steel tubing; over-sized 1″ hardware; and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. The 2.0 version includes a wide spectrum of custom color options; laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights and bottom crossmembers; and a keyhole pattern on the sides of each upright—creating compatibility with more add-ons and attachments.
