Rogue + Ohio University’s Strength and Conditioning program

Since 2006 we have helped equip some of the top CrossFit affiliates, collegiate sports facilities, military bases, and professional strength training centers in the world. So it was especially memorable to start out 2018 in Ohio, building out the Carin Strength Training Center at Ohio University. Their Monster rack set-up features 32 squat stations with custom OU green Cerakote Bars, AB-2 adjustable benches, Crown Pull-up Bars, and Safety Spotter Arms.
