Awful. The bands contain an eye irritant. All three of us that tried it experienced wicked burning in both of our eyes and it took hours to relieve. I’m sending them back.

The thickness and quality are spot on. I did have to hand wash them a couple of times to get the white powder off so they'd stay better put, no worries there. These are excellent quality rubber and have a fairly strong smell which does dissipate, but number one, they wrap and compress just right.

This product helps immensely in my injuries’ recovery; amazing blood flow as caused by using it for voodoo floss. Best Regards!!!

Definite mode of relief for inflammatory spotting!

I have knee problems this works great for workouts and warm ups. During physical therapy they had me use it for warm ups and it helped.

I am a retired Physical Therapist and had to get PT secondary to a high hamstring strain. The Therapist recommended this product (which I had not used before), I got it, applied it as instructed and it works. Talk about teaching an old dog new tricks.

Received two floss bands that were in terrible condition. Had to be peeled apart, which pulled some lettering off. Lettering was badly yellowed. And the bands were very dirty, with no tackiness. Contacted Rogue and was offered a replacement. Original shipping was horrendously slow to Canada at two weeks. I requested faster shipping since the original items should never have been sent if they were quality checked before shipment (they come in clear plastic packaging so a visual inspection would've caught the issues). Rogue denied the request saying faster shipping was not available. I then received an email a few days later cancelling the replacement order saying they discovered the same issues with the entire inventory of this product and they would stop selling them. They offered a full refund, which I have received. I'm now stuck with floss bands that don't work as intended, and no option to get new ones. I didn't expect this from Rogue after having QC issues with knock-off brands. I decided to go with the real thing, and had the same QC problems. Unfortunate. This, along with shipping times, mean I am unlikely to purchase from Rogue again.

Bands work great for blood flow restriction training! You should have a very good understanding of what and why BFR works. There is a list of precautions and contraindications on the owens recovery website that is a good resource. Have used these for 5 years with great results.
