Rogue Dog Sled 1.2

Push It. Pull It. Customize It.

The new Rogue Dog Sled is the next evolution of the power sled—compact, tough, and versatile enough for push, pull and speed training on almost any surface. With the addition of holes in the sled’s skis, it’s also now compatible with a wide range of mountable attachments, including the Double Handle, Lawn Boy, Wheelbarrow, and more.

The CrossFit Games battled-tested Rogue Dog Sled comes standard with a quarter-inch steel base plate, 2x3” 11-gauge steel tubing, and a pair of 3-foot upright push bars designed to accommodate both high and low push stances. Compared to many prowler and speed sled designs, the portable Dog Sled has a smaller overall surface area, allowing you to get the most out of the plates that you own.

Improving your body's ability to maximize its use of the anterior and posterior chain is the holy grail of power and performance. This is what ideal resistance sled training can accomplish, and it’s what the Rogue Dog Sled delivers.

*Protective Plastic Skis Can Be Added to an Order to Better Prevent Any Potential Surface Damages.

Optional Dog Sled Attachments

Low Bar Attachment
1

Low Bar Attachment

Low Bar Attachment – Measures 8-3/8” from ground to center line. 1.9" diameter handle. Helps keep the body more parallel to the ground, emphasizing the quads. Bolts directly to the Dog Sled and the bridges ARE NOT required for installation.

High Bar Attachment
2

High Bar Attachment

High Bar Attachment – Measures 17.37" from ground to center line. 1.9" diameter handle. Places the user in a more upright position similar to a sprint. Generally easier to push than the Low Bar. Bolts directly to the Dog Sled and the bridges ARE NOT required for installation.

Double Handle*
3

Double Handle*

Features two bars measuring 11.17” and 16.3” from ground to center line, respectively. Both bars have 1-3/8” diameter handles. Design allows for more height variety than a single attachment. The Double Handle Attachment must be used in conjunction with the bridge attachments.

Wheelbarrow Attachments*
4

Wheelbarrow Attachments*

Kit includes all parts required to turn Dog Sled into loadable wheelbarrow with 500+ LB capacity. Use the provided pair of HG Collars to secure a 45 LB HiTemp bumper (or other 25+ LB plate) as the wheel (Bumper not included). The handles should sit 9” from ground when installed. The Wheelbarrow Attachment must be used in conjunction with the bridge attachments.

Lawn Boy Attachments*
5

Lawn Boy Attachments*

Measures 30” from ground. 1-7/8” diameter handles. Can be used for pushing or dragging exercises, with the high placement emphasizing the upper body. A detent pin is used to install the handle for fast, easy change-outs. The Lawn Boy Attachment must be used in conjunction with a bridge attachment.

Wrap Around Rail*
6

Wrap Around Rail*

Allows users to quickly change direction without having to swing the sled around or hook/unhook the strap after each pull/drag—saving both time and energy. Includes carabiner and sled strap. The Wrap Around Rail must be used in conjunction with the bridge attachments.

*Asterisk denotes that the Bridge attachments are required for installation.

Great Sled but Bad Sled
So I have a fighting gym and we proudly have almost all of our weight and cardio equipment from Rogue. I am told that I am a Rogue Snob. I love the brand and everything about it. So with that said we bought sled turf from a turf company. I can’t imagine the sled turf is the issue. We cannot push the Rogue Sled. The sled is either too heavy and short or has some other design failure. If you push on the bars the sled digs into the ground and becomes impossible to push. We have purchased every single add on for this sled. It’s a little better with the low bar attachment but still doesn’t slide the way it should. We can’t put any weight on the sled. The only was you can use the sled is to pull it which shows that there is some design flaw for pushing. The wheelbarrow attachment has allows us to get some forward movement use. We have the plastic covers, all different low bars , bridges , etc. Our trainers have seen dozens of gyms and sleds and turf and can’t understand why the Rogue is working the way it should. I love Rogue and will continue to do so but I have to say I’m disappointed and perplexed with this sled. We asked Rogue about the issue and the only advice they could offer was to get low. We get as low as one can and unfortunately just not a great experience.

Another Great Addition to the Home Gym
Fast delivery, easy to assemble, and works great in the home gym - especially with the added plastic.

Give it a push!
Very happy with this purchase. I purchased the extra posts and plastic skids. The skids do make it easier to push on light carpet but worth it for total floor protection. The sled is built solid like all Rogue products.

Never ending purchase
so this sled is just okay... but for the money its so supid. You spend nearly 800 bucks when you consider what you need to make this normal. Plastic, sled straps, sled harness, wrap around, etc... other folks have that same setup for about 350 all in with similiar quality. Just felt like a total bamboozle.

Too short
No stranger to the prowler. Expected the same out of this unit. Too short to push on indoor turf. If pushing from the tops of the handles to upper 1/3, the front digs and adds massive resistance. Almost unusable.

Sturdy Sled
Durable design. Poor design for sprint work though. High handle position to replicate sprint posture tips sled. Disappointed you need to purchase plastic skies aside from just purchasing the sled.
