Our American-made Rogue Sandbags offer a uniquely challenging and customizable form of strength and stability training. With incrementally adjustable weight and dimensions, sandbags are popular among a wide variety of athletes—from Strongman competitors to martial artists—as a way to develop stabilizer muscles and grip strength on a level not always possible with traditional stable loads.
Rogue Sandbags feature a 1000D MIL spec Cordura brand nylon construction with reinforced, double-stitched seams and seven high-strength, black-webbing handles. They come in four sizes and are compatible with either traditional filler bags or the new Rogue Funnel Filler Bag.
*Please Note: Loadable weight of the Rogue Sandbags depends on the density and size of the media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than projected weight capacity. Due to the nature of the fabric and the directed use, the Rogue Sandbags may expand over time with use. The zipper protection flap is NOT designed to be a handle. Using the flap to pull the loaded bag may result in damage to the stitching and is not covered under warranty. Rogue Sandbags are also NOT designed for slams or drags. Due to the nature of the fabric and the directed use, the bags may expand over time.

Funnel Filler Bag vs. Traditional Filler Bags:
As an alternative to using multiple traditional filler bags, a single, budget-friendly Funnel Filler Bag can be installed by aligning its outer Velcro with the interior Velcro of the Rogue Sandbag. From there, you can use the convenient, built-in funnel to easily add as much sand as you want (for more movement, use less volume). Users interested in quick, repeated weight changes may prefer to stick with the modular, traditional filler bags.
The table below explains how many Traditional Filler Bags OR how many Funnel Filler Bags go into each size variant of the Rogue Sandbag.
IMPORTANT:
- The SIZE of the filler bags you choose to order from the drop-down menu should correspond directly to the SIZE of the Rogue Sandbag in which you intend to use them (S, M, L, or XL).
- Each Rogue Sandbag can hold 3-4 traditional filler bags of the corresponding size depending on how full you make them. If the traditional filler bags are completely filled, you will only be able to fit 2-3. All variants of the Rogue Sandbag will hold ONE Funnel Filler Bag of the corresponding size filled to capacity.
- The Funnel Filler Bag should be placed inside the Sandbag BEFORE adding sand.

Instability Builds Strength
The sandbag is a unique type of weightlifting tool in that its weight constantly shifts back and forth from the center of mass, challenging the user to adjust and stabilize the bag’s ever-changing shape as it’s raised and lowered. The new Rogue Sandbag (when paired with the Funnel Filler Bag) capitalizes on this key fundamental by allowing the internal sand/weight to move more freely as you train, whether its during load carries, sprints, squats, lunges, or presses.
Please Note: The intended use for this product is as a weight lifting (not weight dragging!) tool.
Choice of Filler Bags
As noted above, each size of Rogue Sandbag (S, M, L, XL) is compatible with either (a) 2-4 standard, modular filler bags of the same corresponding size; or (b)ONE Funnel Filler Bag of the same corresponding size. This means you can either quickly add/remove modular bags to adjust the total weight of the sandbag, or add/remove the sand itself incrementally from the Funnel Filler Bag.
To Add Sand to the Funnel Filler Bag: Unzip the heavy-duty zipper to find a tucked roll secured with Velcro. Use the thumb tabs to open and fill to your preferred volume.
Quality Construction
Made in the USA, Rogue Sandbags feature a 1000D MIL spec Cordura brand nylon construction (water-resistant and machine washable) with double-stitched, reinforced seams. Each bag also has 7 exterior carrier handles made from two layers of webbing with reinforced stitching—strong enough to handle any and all swinging, pulling, and twisting. A heavy-duty zipper and reinforced Velcro flap closure won’t even let a sand granule free, and additional Velcro is sewn into the bag's interior walls to align with and stabilize the Funnel Filler Bag.

3-Year Warranty
Rogue Sandbags are sewn at Rogue Manufacturing in Columbus, OH, and are warrantied for 3 years against any exterior rips or tears caused by regular use. If you experience this type of damage, we will repair or replace the shell free of charge.
Please Note: (a) Adding sand directly to the Sandbag, rather than filler bag(s), will void the warranty; (b) This warranty applies ONLY to the item's shell. We will not replace/exchange the entire product.
