Next level grip training!
Already have an old pair of the blue 2” fat grips, didn’t realize there was a thicker level up. These things are no joke! I would recommend starting with the blue 2” fat grips, but is you have large hands are need more of a challenge these will more that check those boxes!

I'll never do curls without them!
I'm so happy with these. I have a pair of adjustable dumbells for doing curls and had to drop from #40 down to #30 and I feel like my forearms are getting stronger than they've ever been! Hopefully I can work my way back up to #40 but I will be in far better condition when I do. There's no cheating with these bad boys on your bar!!!

My original Fat Gripz (smaller blue ones) have been bullet proof for over a decade, and I am stoked to give this Extreme version a squeeze. These are the best way to incorporate grip work into MOST workouts (please follow the guidelines and do not use any fat gripz for Olympic lifts). Enjoy your Popeye forearms!!

I got these about a month ago and I'm so glad that I did! This product is so amazing! Gives you an insane pump. I love doing curls with these on dumbbells and I love doing farmer carry's around the gym with maxed out weight. No pump like it. I'm also super glad I got the Extreme ones and not the blue or anything under. Go big or go home!

Grip Strength Too Strong
I’ve been using these for a couple months now. The only complaint I have is that my forearms are getting so big that they’re making my biceps look smaller. Great product. Would buy again.
