Our 45-foot Sheathed Conditioning Rope is made from durable polypropylene with an all-weather sheath/cover. The protective sleeve is folded over at the end to form a grip-friendly looped handle, and measures approx. 3” wide and 10” long from the end of the rope to the end of the loop (when laying flat). The diameter of the rope itself is 1.5”.

Our 45-foot Sheathed Conditioning Rope is made from durable polypropylene with an all-weather sheath/cover. Conditioning Ropes, aka battle ropes or power ropes, began as a mainstay tool in MMA, and then CrossFit. They’re now used by strength coaches and trainers in just about every sport, from the high school and college levels to the pros; any situation where athletes need to train for power and explosiveness. The battling rope is universal because it has an ability to build core strength and improve core-to-extremity strength, producing greater power for the athlete both in the gym and in functional movements on the field. It’s also an excellent grip strength developer.
Please Note: Conditioning Ropes should always be anchored to a smooth, round surface.
