Rogue Band Handle

The Rogue Band Handle is designed to work with any Rogue Monster Band or equivalent elastic resistance bands, helping athletes maximize the benefits of their day-to-day band work. 

Available as a single or pair, each 1.25” diameter handle utilizes a torsion spring with a snap closure, enabling the two halves of the handle to automatically close safely over a loaded band. By keeping the band secure and centered, this specialized handle prevents side torque and improves the user’s ergonomic comfort during both pulling and pushing exercises.

The Band Handle was co-developed with local Ohio fitness pro Tom Varga, who has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. It is manufactured from glass-reinforced nylon resin, molded over a steel handle shaft. A virgin rubber hand grip prevents slippage, and a patent pending interlocking feature increases the handle’s stiffness and strength.

Rather than using both sides of a resistance band as traditional grips–and cutting its tension potential in half–the Rogue Band Handle makes it easier to use the entire band, controlled with more precision and less wasted energy.

Important:

• The Band Handle must be closed fully around the band before using.
• Do not force the Band Handle open beyond the 90-degree stop, or you will damage the mechanism.
• The Band Handle is designed to work with elastic bands. Do NOT use with carabiners, cables, or other static connections
• The Rogue Band Handle should be used with the elastic band loaded in the center portion of the frame, overlapping both the left & right halves of the frame.
