MOLLE WEBBING FOR CUSTOM LOADOUTS
This edition of the Rogue Plate Carrier features a heavy-duty MOLLE system, allowing athletes to scale the vest from a minimalist to a fully custom setup. Reinforced PALS webbing is stitched directly into the 500D Cordura® chassis, creating secure attachment points for hydration packs, utility pouches, and other accessories.
For tactical athletes and first responders, this means the ability to train with realistic loadouts, replicating duty weight, bulk, and movement demands. For general training, it offers the flexibility to adapt your setup for anything from long rucks to high-output conditioning.
Whether you are attaching extra storage for a long-distance ruck or configuring a streamlined setup for a Murph prep, our structural MOLLE is built to withstand the force of sprints, climbs, and burpees without sagging or shifting.
EVAP™ TECHNOLOGY - ACTIVE THERMAL MANAGEMENT
EVAP™ technology is a built-in ventilation system engineered to actively manage heat and moisture under load. Integrated directly into the carrier, it creates a structured air channel between your body and the vest, turning movement and breathing into a constant airflow cycle.
As you train, expanding and contracting airflow pushes hot, humid air out while drawing in cooler air. This continuous exchange helps regulate core temperature, reduce moisture buildup, and maintain a more stable microclimate against the skin.
The vented foam design also minimizes surface contact, helping limit friction and pressure points during high-rep or long-duration efforts.
The result is a plate carrier that stays lighter, drier, and more comfortable so you can maintain output longer without distraction.
DESIGNED FOR A SECURE FIT
The Rogue Plate Carrier is built to move with you while staying locked in under load. Adjustable Velcro® shoulder straps with integrated padding and EVAP™ technology provide a comfortable, breathable foundation across the upper body. The lightweight waist belt features an overlapping Velcro® closure with built-in elastic at the back. This allows the carrier to expand and contract with your breathing, improving comfort while minimizing unwanted movement. Once dialed in, the vest delivers a close, body-contouring fit that stays stable through dynamic training. The result is consistent, bounce-free performance without restricting mobility.
AMERICAN-MADE DURABILITY
Built in the USA at facilities that supply the U.S. Armed Forces, the Rogue Plate Carrier - MOLLE is designed for long-term abuse in both training and field environments. The chassis combines 1000D and 500D Cordura® for an optimal balance of abrasion resistance and weight, while reinforced X-box stitching strengthens high-stress points throughout the carrier. Genuine USA Velcro® fasteners ensure reliable, repeatable adjustments over time. Inside, dual-layer foam padding with minimized seams reduces friction and hot spots, helping prevent chafing during high-volume training. The elastic section in the rear waist strap maintains a secure, consistent fit that expands naturally with your breathing. Front and back loop Velcro® panels allow for the attachment of patches, keeping the platform functional without adding unnecessary bulk.

Plate Fit
PLATE FIT
Plate fit may vary slightly depending on the size and thickness of the vest plates used. Larger plates can cause the securing flap to extend farther due to the added material inside the carrier. As long as the flap is fully closed and the Velcro is properly fastened, the plate will remain secure during training.
It is recommended to inspect the vest and confirm the flap is properly secured to ensure the plates are safely in place and secured before each use.
5LB Plates
The Rogue 5LB Vest Plate sits fully inside the carrier and remains above the bottom hem when properly secured.
10LB Plates
The Rogue 10LB Vest Plate sits flush with, or or may extend slightly below, the bottom hem of the vest when fully secured.
20lb Plates
The Rogue 20LB Vest Plate extends approximately 3/4" below the bottom hem of the vest when properly secured due to its larger size.

OPTIMIZED FOR ROGUE CAST PLATES
The internal plate pockets are specifically designed to house Rogue USA Cast Plates and Echo Cast Plates (up to 20 LBS per side). Lined with 1000D Cordura® for maximum abrasion resistance, these pockets keep the weight stabilized and centered. The ergonomic design ensures the load sits high on the chest to facilitate natural breathing and an unobstructed range of motion during functional movements.
CO-DEVELOPED WITH DAVE CASTRO
Dave Castro made himself a simple, but effective plate carrier that he provided to us as a starting point for the original Rogue Plate Carrier. Using his design cues and his concept that a plate carrier should perform its intended function exceptionally well, but does not need unnecessary features, we got to work on adapting his design to be optimized to work with our contoured cast plates. We added padding and non abrasive fabric, but otherwise, endeavoured to keep the design consistent with his original intent.
