Rogue Wrist Roller

Available in both a rack-mounted and handheld/portable version, the Rogue Wrist Roller is a forearm and grip strength training tool that goes beyond traditional wrist curls.

Both versions of the Wrist Roller are manufactured from quality steel with 2” diameter, 6" handles and a durable 58.5” nylon strap and carabiner. For set-up, the user should place the Roller at shoulder level, either hooking the lower end of the strap through a kettlebell or using a loading pin to add their desired weight in plates. Carefully rotating the Wrist Roller's handles forward or backward will raise and lower the attached weight incrementally, creating a dynamic type of flexion and extension movement ideal for building stronger forearms.

The Rack Mount Wrist Roller is compatible with all 3x3” Monster Lite uprights and can also be easily retro-fitted for 2x3" Infinity units by using our optional adapter kit.* Each roller comes with shaft collars, a mounting panel, and a detent pin for a quick, secure set-up. The handheld version features the same design without the collars or mounting section, and can work different muscle groups—particularly the shoulders—since the user won’t have the aid of a rack in stabilizing the roller in front of them.

*Infinity Series Retro-Fit Kit: Owners of an Infinity rig or rack can add this kit to their order via the column on the right. It includes two UHMW plastic pieces and four screws to secure the plastic to the clasp of each unit.

Rogue Wrist Roller is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great wrist roller, better to attach it to rack This is a great wrist roller, heavy duty and provides a good burn! The nylon strap connection to the roller is not idea, though - every time you roll the strap and weight up to that connection point, it adds an unnatural strain to the roll. You will also want to be able to attach it to something, preferably a rack, since it is "unhuman" to be able to hold the roller with any appreciable weight in front of you without your arms falling off instead of getting a good forearm burn! I don't have the rack-attached wrist roller version (which is only for certain Rogue racks), so I have mine slipped into my rack's 1"D safety bar which coincidentally was a perfect match!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An Absolute Monster This thing is a lot bigger than you expect. It is a complete beast! My workout partner doesn't even put weight on the pin because the roller and the pin is enough to burn on the first roll. Just like everything from Rogue, this is made of thick metal, has a great smooth finish and looks great. Did I mention that it's a monster? The grip is thick and has plenty of room for any size hands. The strap is also wide and curls in the middle to keep it nice and balanced while twisting. Not to mention it also has different locations you can attach the clip depending on how much you want to roll, or if you are doing it standing from a plyo box for extra distance. BUY IT NOW!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rogue wrist roller I’m about 5 weeks into using the wrist roller. It’s dynamite, I would recommend to anyone if you are to buy go with rack mount. Otherwise you are not really gonna get that bang for the buck using the mount you can really load weight and train to forearm failure as opposed to shoulder fatigue having you quit early. Pictured is the kettlebell and weight pin but I prefer using chains. Really get far better workout with them and the results are great. If I don’t have chains my second choice would be the Thompson fatbell just do to the fact that the handle is lower in center mass and it stays a little more steady

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strongly Recommend the Rogue Wrist Roller I was initially skeptical. I'd used a homebrew wrist roller in the high school weight room and never seen much progress. However, I'm on a quest to close the #3 CoC and compete in some grip contests so I decided to give it a chance. The first thing you'll notice is that this is not your high school wrist roller. Rogue's roller is about 2 inches in diameter. This is great. It not only gives a solid forearm pump, but trains your support grip. Having a grip training device that you can incrementally load, unlike the CoC's which are a fixed weight, is valuable. In only two weeks of working with the roller closing the CoC grippers has become noticeably easier. My grip also feels stronger when doing chins and deadlifts. (NOTE: I bought the version that I could attach to my rack.) I strongly recommend the Rogue Wrist Roller.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wrist roller I have the rack mounted version, expensive but I think it was worth it. The unmounted version doesn't do anything that a less expensive roller would do. The cross piece that attaches the strap stick out almost a half inch and gave the roller a very awkward cam, especially with heavier weights. I replaced that with an 1/8" diameter of rope and it's much smoother.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Just came in yesterday and i tried it for the first time and I had to write a review. I knew this thing was gonna be well built because its from Rogue, but when i opened it and tried it for the first time i was suprised. It is VERY solid. I was skeptical about spending this much money on it but im glad i did. The handles are thick and really pump up your forearms and the design keeps the weight directly in the middle. It has a one inch hole hollowed out through it so i was able to slide it on the end of a 1” standard lifting bar i have and it works great. Rogue products never dissapoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wrist roller I bought the wrist roller a month ago and it is a great quality product like all Rogue equipment I have purchased. My son and I use the wrist roller tree times a week and I have noticed his hand strength has increased tremendously.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built Like a Tank This thing (including the loading pin) is built like a tank. Are you tired of looking at cheap wrist rollers from other companies that look like they'll break just touching them? Are you tired of paying the same price for a good looking wrist roller that breaks with even a small amount of weight because you find out it was made of plastic? Are you tired of looking at wrist rollers that have weight restrictions? Well then, this wrist roller is for you. I don't think I need to say any more than that, with the exception being that even without adding weight to it, it is already heavy enough to do high rep sets (it weighs about 7 lbs). And if you have the loading pin too, that adds an extra 5 lbs or so without even adding weight plates. I highly recommend this product.
