BENEFITS OF ANKLE CUFF ATTACHMENTS

How to Use
1

How to Use

Simply attach the cuff around the leg just above the ankle and secure it in place via the 1.5” wide nylon webbing strap (with hook-and-loop closure) and welded rectangle D-ring. The included stirrup ensures that the cuff will not slide up the user’s leg or slip off mid set. The middle of the stirrup will sit approximately 4.5” below the bottom of the cuff.

4 ATTACHMENT POINTS ARE BETTER THAN 1

While there are many existing ankle cuff attachments on the market, most of them rely on a single point of attachment to the user’s cable machine. We’ve incorporated 4 welded-ring attachment points on the Rogue Ankle Cuff (located on the front, back, and each side), enabling athletes to quickly adjust their movements without having to re-adjust the cuff.

These simple but dynamic accessories give athletes another effective way to target muscles in the lower half of the body, including the calves, glutes, hamstrings, etc. Popular movements include hamstring curls, leg extensions, cable hip abductions, kickbacks, reverse and lateral lunges, and more.

Rogue lives up to its reputation for quality
Very happy with these, they are built to last. Replaced a pair from another brand that came with my cable towers. I'm an amputee and also have limited use of my right arm. Ankle cuffs enable me to still get a full body workout (I use them on my bad arm as well, wrapped around the bicep)

Motorcycle accident destroyed my elbow so I can't do any exercises that leverage weight through the elbow. With these cuffs I'm still able to target shoulder, chest and back muscles using my bad arm
The many attachments point makes switching workouts a breeze

Excellent!
The ankle cuffs are high quality and offer connections in four directions. I'm enjoying the addition to my workout routine. And being a golfer, these are targeted exercises for training the lower body for the golf swing. A couple of minor things are one, the ankle cuffs don't fully tighten so they are able to rotate a bit which is maybe a good thing because the back ring is not exactly lined up.

Quite simply the best ankle cuffs available
I recently bought a functional trainer. It came with a passable, but ultimately mediocre ankle cuff. Started looking into every brand of cuff available and it was pretty immediately clear that the Rogue design was superior. So, I bought some and they loved up to my expectations. The part that goes under your foot keeps it nicely in place where most others will slide up your leg if you don’t crank them down super tight. Also, the Rogue design with four attachment points is pretty much perfect. Most other cuffs have one attachment point, so they’re not really comfortable for all exercises. The Rogue design is very flexible and\ works well for many leg exercises. It’s the best design I’ve seen, by far.

Plenty of Rings
Great cuffs with plenty of rings for cable attachments. The only thing it’s missing is maybe a ‘Y’ extension for dual leg cable crunches.
