VNR Ruck from Beyond the Whiteboard is a wide-ranging subscription training program that’s suited to any skill level and requires only a rucksack, a sandbag, and the BTWB App.
Rucksacks / backpacks and sandbags are versatile training tools that can be adapted into almost any type of workout, adding head-to-toe strength with countless real world applications as well as sport-related benefits. This program puts athletes in the capable hands of Coach Wes Piatt, a former CrossFit Games competitor with certifications in CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Wes’s programming is rooted in years of experience and offers workouts that are both challenging and consistently fun.

400m Ruck Run/Jog/Walk, 30/20
40 Ruck Ground-to-Shoulder, 30/20
40 Ruck Squats, 30/20 (ruck on back)
20 Burpees (no ruck)
