These work great for me. My wrist and forearms are on the larger size allowing for a good fit.

There are two versions of this wrap. This version is pretty big. My wrists are 8" around and they are at the end of adjustment. If you need something smaller, look for the pink or yellow version. I do not see the smaller version on this site, so you might have to ask or look elsewhere. OK, these aren't a long piece of fabric that you wind around your wrist, and they aren't elastic with a thumb loop. They work more like a velcro belt, meaning that at the end of the wrap, there is a strap. The stap goes through a buckle and then velcro's down after being folded over. A few things I like about this. First, no thumb loop. Second, after you put these on and make them tight, if you keep your wrist straight, it does not compress your wrist. So your fingers don't go to sleep. If you bend your wrist even a little, the wrap resists. Lastly, these things are easy to put on and take off. What don't I like?... Well, nothing really. The material they are made of doesn't collect sweat or dirt. Seems to wear well. Overall, if they fit you, you will like these.

These wraps come on one size. Large. If your a lady or an average size person these will NOT fit you. I gave them to guy that competes in Strongman Competitions . He loves them.
