Designed to add variety, increase strength, reduce joint discomfort, and improve sports performance, Globe Gripz are a simple weight training aid that allow you to train more efficiently and effectively. Simply slip Globe Gripz on to your bar, dumbbells, or cable handles. The patented Globe Gripz design allows the hand to form a unique and comfortable arch around the globe, greater utilizing your less dextrous Ring and Pinky fingers for a stronger functional-grip – ideal for strength training and also grip rehabilitation.

Better-still, pop Globe Gripz on a straight bar and you can swap from an orthodox (normal) grip of the globes to an EZ-style grip (wrists angled inward) or neutral-grip (palms facing) to improve comfort and reduce strain on the wrists, elbows, or shoulder complex.

Furthermore, Globe Gripz are the approximate size of a Baseball or Cricket Ball, therefore, they’re also great for performing exercises with a pitching or bowling grip – making them ideal for sports-specific training too.

*Will fit comfortably on bar shaft diameters measuring 25MM to 32MM.

Globe gripz and Fat Gripz
Using them for pull ups. Very hard, but very good for the hands, wrist and forearms. The Fat Grips are AWESOME. Use for rows and curls. The best. Thanx a bunch

Dumbbells?
I have only tried these with dumbbells so far, but they did not fit well. The Dumbbells at my gym, must just not be great for these. Still have to try and use these on a pull up bar. But the slot for bars is pretty small.

exactly what I was looking for.
Put them on the pegs on my peg board I have been using for pull ups. Could barely do one! The pegs rotate and without a crushing grip the globes rotate a bit on the peg. Super challenging for me, but worth the effort. After a while grip strength improved and was back up in reps. Tried them for fun curling the bar for a different feel. Very cool and felt therapeutic. Gotta mix up that grip. Will buy more grip related items as that's where I'm at training with pull ups - odd grips, ropes etc.

Great for grip training and pull ups’
I purchased these as a cheaper alternative to the cannonball grips and they work great. I attach them to my multi grip pull up bar for grip strength training while also mixing up grips for pull ups

Globe Gripz are a &@!$?$&!!!
I purchased these about a month ago. Read the reviews and watched a couple videos. Pull-ups are my favorite exercise to do..so I knew these would make it a little more challenging. I typically do 5 sets of 10 reps. With the Globes..well, it felt like I was learning to do pull-ups all over again. Working from the ground up, all over again. However, I do like the challenge they pose and the different muscle groups they hit. Overall..I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.
