Note on Stainless Steel
Barbells made from raw steel are not plated and therefore marks from the machining process may be visible. Slight knurl flattening and discoloration on the inside of the bends are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.

CLOSE GRIP TRAINING
Knurling extends through the inside section of the shaft to create an additional close-grip training position. This allows athletes to perform close-grip curls, tricep extensions, and other accessory movements with a secure grip while introducing additional variety into their arm training. The narrower hand position can also help shift emphasis to different portions of the biceps and triceps, making the bar a versatile tool for building upper-arm strength and size.
