Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but... In general, this is a good WOD tracking book. However, the first 28 pages of it are used up with workout advice, nutrition advice, movement examples, spaces for goals, benchmark lifts, times and event scores, gymnastics, plot, and monostructural benchmarks, the Girls, Hero wonds, Open and Games workouts. If this is your first tracking book, then all of that would be incredibly useful. No doubt, you’ll need that stuff. Unfortunately, when the book is filled up and you get a new one, now you have a second copy of all of that information. I would prefer if there was a refill mechanism or a book without the intro information. Referring back is great, but not in every book. At least that’s my .02

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeping you on track! Bought this WODBook a couple of months ago and it is everything they advertised it is. My favorite feature is the little log telling you what your PR's percentages will be. Nothing sucks more than having to do maths when you are absolutely wasted. Very good quality too. It lives in my gym bag and I use it most of the times when I'm sweaty and covered in chalk and the paper holds up really well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy item for the gym bag! For enrollment drives my gym runs free 6 week challenge groups to get you acclimated and conditioned for Crossfit. Once my group ended I was already hooked on the workouts and its made a real impact on my life. This great little book is conveniently small, but offers enough room to write and keep track of my PR's, benchmarks, and notes. I keep it with me at every workout to log what I have accomplished that day and really like that its there to help me record the effort as I leave it all there on the floor every day at my workouts. Great tool!

A change I would make is removing the huge section describing the different CrossFit workouts at the beginning.I would make the days be whole pages stead of half pages and add a section at the back for just notes. The gripe is minor though. I'll keep buying them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great content, no durability Although the content, and structural build of the book is very good, there is no durability in the use of materials, the bindings tear easy and the cover is not so waterproof (maybe mildly splash waterproof, or sweat drop waterproof). Still a great book though!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less than a year of training I simply don't understand why you didn't put enough pages to log a full year of training. It's only 10-15 pages short, and you could have done that. Even with a higher price tag. Honestly, I am as mad at you as it is easy to fix !
